This program results in serious weight loss. Americans, despite lavish diets and obesity, suffer extensive, disease causing malnutrition. Weight is gained through eating nutrient poor, calorie rich, and highly processed food. Our bodies are made up of trillions of microscopic cells. Cellular damage diminishes the transport of nutrients into the cells and waste out of the cells. Weight gain is not simply ‘too-many-calories-ingested-creates-fat.’ Fat gain is the attempt of the body to isolate toxins that are not processed at the cellular level because the cells are so compromised. Therefore, we gain weight in part to protect ourselves from the toxic diet we consume. Our fat is full of toxins.
